I build the marketing function before a company can afford a marketing department.

Six years across B2B SaaS, e-commerce and local services. I own positioning, demand generation, content systems and pipeline, then hand back a machine that keeps running. Currently acting head of marketing at Tinova Agency.

The roles I am hired for

Head of Marketing Marketing Manager Senior Copywriter Senior Content Writer

I work best with early stage brands where the founder is still directly involved in growth, and where the job is to build the function rather than inherit one.

What I actually do

Strategy is cheap. I ship the thing.

Most companies do not need another deck telling them to be customer obsessed. They need someone who will interview the buyers, write the positioning, build the content engine, run the ads, chase the handoff when leads go cold, and report honestly on what is not working.

That is the job I take. If there is a CMO in place, I execute the whole plan. If there is not, I build the foundation and help hire the senior person once the revenue justifies it.

I came into marketing from an engineering degree. It shows in how I work: I would rather instrument a funnel and find the real leak than run a fifth round of creative testing on a page nobody is reaching.

Where I am useful

First or second marketing hire.

Emerging and growing companies, B2B or B2C, that have a product and a founder doing marketing in the gaps between everything else.
